I am an experienced Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Psychologist and have worked in NHS and mental health settings for over twenty years and in private practice since 1998.

In times like this, a professional who has been trained to listen and help with problems can support you in reaching a deeper understanding of your difficulties and in making sense of what has been troubling and distressing you. Your problems will be discussed in confidence and without being judgemental or critical.

Individual counselling and psychotherapy sessions can be helpful when you are experiencing emotional problems related to:

In an initial consultation we shall discuss the concerns that have led you to seek help and try to understand your particular needs and what kind of support would be most helpful to you.
Psychotherapy and Counselling
sessions usually last 50 minutes and are held weekly or more frequently if required.
I offer morning, daytime and evening sessions from Monday to Friday, through a variety of methods such as face-to-face, telephone and on-line counselling and psychotherapy sessions.

I have a limited number of reduced-fee vacancies.
My consulting room is located in Chiswick, London W4. There is restricted parking and no disabled access, and it is a five-minute walk from Turnham Green (District Line), and served by buses 94, 272, 440 and E3.
